Besides her father Angela leaves four children, Nakita Williams, with whom she made her home, Raymond Williams of Norwich, CT., Pierre Williams of Rhode Island and Rashaun (Michelle) Williams of Central Falls, Rhode Island, seven siblings, Debora Perry (Lamar) of Georgia, Ernest Williams (Rosie) of Rhode Island, Wanda Dozier (Ricardo) of New York, Tricia Tutein Hicks of California, Lynette Williams-Lewis of South Carolina, Steven Williams of North Carolina, and Kimberly Hiller (Willie) of New Jersey, seven step-siblings Tammy Sneed (Terrance) Cleveland, OH, Harold Frasier-Troy, NY, Allison Thurmond (Erin) Far Rockaway, NY, Jonathan Frasier (Rahab) Inwood, NY, Marcus Frasier, Far Rockaway, NY, and Diasha Frasier-Taylor, Middletown, Delaware, and is preceded in death by three siblings Carmen Whitaker, Terry and Anthony Wilson, eight grandchildren Jordan, Raymond, Adrian, Rashaun Jr., Tiana, Amina, Iliana and Nakeisha and one great grandson Rhyder. Angela was diagnosed in 2016 with ductal carcinoma breast cancer and she refused to let her illness bring sadness to her loved ones.
